Liverpool Pilates and John Lewis & Partner Christmas Events

December Events.

We’re super excited to have partnered with the amazing John Lewis & Partners team to run a cosy Christmas Release, Glow & Sculpt wellbeing mornings and evenings for you on the following dates:

Tuesday 3rd December at 18:00pm in the Liverpool L1 store, 2nd floor.

Thursday 5th December at 11:00pm in the Liverpool L1 store, 2nd floor.

The event is £25 a ticket and will include a Pilates class to help strengthen, tone and lengthen your entire body, whilst using conscious breath-work to facilitate movement and calm the mind.  

Plus there will be goodie bags and some healthy snacks too.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a method of training designed to engage the mind and condition the total body. With over 500 exercises it combines both strength and flexibility to reduce stress and produce longer leaner muscles with the end goal being better overall posture.


Pilates keen focus on posture ensures we concentrate on strengthening the core - we refer to the core as the abs, pelvic girdle and back.


For decades, it's been the exercise of choice for dancers and gymnasts (and now footballers, elite athletes and Hollywood actors), but it was originally used to rehabilitate bedridden or immobile patients during World War I.
